Associate Members: Shall be those persons, organizations, or governmental entities that have evidenced interest in the purpose and goals of the Organization, but are not Independent Special Districts. Officers or members of an Independent Special District are ineligible to be an Associate Member. The Executive Committee shall review and approve all applications for membership, provided that the applicant meets the established membership criteria.
